I agree with Aaron on this one. A few marketing and management types moving to NYC isn't hurting Cadillac or GM, and all those people who claim that the Big 3 will never advance because they can't attract talent to Michigan (false, but whatever) can be pleased with themselves when Cadillac starts picking up Madison Ave/Wall Street types in the new NYC location. A little more geographic diversity in the Cadillac offices can't hurt, and if it results in more Cadillac sales, that will still benefit Detroit due to GM still being headquartered there.
